Stagencies Pte. Ltd. ("Stagencies," "we," "us," or "our") is a Ministry of Manpower (MOM)-licensed employment agency based in Singapore. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal data in the course of our recruitment and placement services, in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

Depending on whether you are a job candidate, an employer/client contact, or a visitor to our website or social media pages, we may collect:

From candidates: full name, NRIC/FIN or passport number, date of birth, nationality, contact number, email address, residential address, employment history, qualifications and certifications, work permit/visa status, and other information relevant to job placement.
From employer/client contacts: name, job title, company name, business contact number, and email address.
From website and social media visitors: contact form submissions, and general engagement data (e.g. comments or messages sent to us via LinkedIn or other platforms).

2. How We Use Personal Data

We use personal data to:

Match candidates to suitable job opportunities and process placements on behalf of employer clients;
Communicate with candidates and employers regarding job orders, applications, interviews, and placement status;
Comply with our obligations as a licensed employment agency under the Employment Agencies Act and MOM regulations, including work pass applications where applicable;
Respond to enquiries submitted through our website or social media channels;
Post recruitment/job announcements on our company pages (including LinkedIn) to reach prospective candidates.

3. Disclosure of Personal Data

We may disclose personal data to:

Prospective employers, for the purpose of candidate placement;
Government agencies (e.g. MOM), where required for work pass applications or regulatory compliance;
Service providers who support our operations (e.g. IT/hosting providers), under confidentiality obligations.

We do not sell personal data to third parties, and we do not use personal data obtained through our LinkedIn integration for advertising or sales purposes.

Stagencies maintains a company Page on LinkedIn, which we use to publish open job order announcements to reach candidates. Where we use LinkedIn's APIs to publish content to our company Page, this is limited to posting activity managed by authorised Stagencies staff — we do not collect, store, or process LinkedIn members' personal profile or activity data through this integration.

Enable core website functionality provided by our website platform (Wix);
